The current version of Media Center Master is 2.14.
Version 1.32 has been used for many the examples in the wiki, so beware that some of the options may be expanded or look different than various screen shots.

Unlike using Media Center Master with Windows Media Center, where additional software is needed to enhance the Media Experience; integrating Media Center Master with XBMC, requires no additional software, add-ons, or plugins.
Use the quick set-up instructions on the XBMC website.
There are four (4) common issues that will come up during a set-up of XBMC by uses who also use Media Center Master.
The first issue will come about after setting the scan folders for your collection. Here it is required to set the contents of the folder by selecting a meta-data fetcher. In that Media Center Master has already fetched meta-data and images, simply disconnect the internet from your computer during the initial set-up/scanning of collection folders. This will force XBMC to use your stored meta-data and image contents you acquired with Media Center Master. After the collection is scanned into XBMC, reconnect the internet connection for Add-ons/scripts, weather data,... updates. To add new downloads/refresh your collection in XBMC get to the scan folder through: the videos tab/button on XBMC's Home Page, highlight a scan folder and use the context menu (right click on a scan folder, or hit "c" on keyboard while a scan folder is highlighted, hit info or more info button on select remotes while a scan folder is highlighted) then select "Scan for contents". Do not use "Update library." Updating the library will use the XBMC fetcher, download from the internet, and set updated meta-data and images as defaults instead of what is saved by Media Center Master.
The second issue to keep in mind is the XBMC settings tab in Media Center Master. These settings will depend on what skin you decide to use and how you set that skin up for visualization.
The third issue is using the actors/crew member images collected with Media Center Master. XBMC wants them in the individual movie/tv show folders. Media Center Master has a setting for all of the images to be downloaded into one folder. This has been addressed through the forums and is, already, listed in the Issue Tracker, Issue 780: Ability to use existing Actor images from MCM/MB with XBMC. Should you, also, wish to have a feature like this in Media Center Master, please visit the link and star it for priority consideration (click on: Vote for this issue and get email change notifications, listed at the bottom of the issue, under add a comment).
The fourth issue is the use of locally stored Movie Trailers. XBMC requires trailer files to be named in a specific manner and located in the movie folder. A "Premium Version" of Media Center Master is required for downloading, renaming and parsing trailer files.
If your not already automatically downloading trailers with movie downloads and wish too, enable the feature through:
Application Menu>Settings and Preferences>Trailers>Automatically download trailer videos
To rename and save the trailer files go through:
Application Menu>Settings and Preferences>Trailers>with the movie as moviefile-trailer.ext
This can also be done by selecting a single movie or selecting multiple movies and using the right click menu option:
Download theatrical trailer, or Download YouTube theatrical trailer (prompt)...
Another way to get trailers for all movies is through:
Tools Menu>Download missing theatrical trailers
Media Center Master will download, rename, and process the trailer files into the movie folder for XBMC to use, as long as the above settings are configured and the following option is not enabled.
Application Menu>Settings and Preferences>Trailers>in a directory I choose as Movie Title (Year)_trailer.ext
If you are not using any Netgear, or NMT/PCH (Popcorn Hour) Products, disable all of the options in these two tabs in Media Center Master.
